Spark August Product Update: Stakeholder Intelligence & Alerts Upgrades

Happy September! August was one of our heaviest shipping months of the year. Three things we hope you’ll enjoy:

🕵️ Stakeholder intelligence (aka “baseball cards”)

One of our most requested features ever is live! Search any county, township, or parcel, and Spark assembles the political picture for you: every relevant decision-making body, its full member roster, the historical voting record, and an overview of what gets approved and what is killed.

Click into any decision-maker for a complete dossier, including their voting record, political background, the causes they care about, and socials.

🔔 Share alerts with teammates

Share monitored locations with your teammates, so multiple people can watch the same locations instead of forwarding emails manually.

You can now also select the project type(s) you want to see, across data centers, storage, solar, and wind.

Each list has its own settings and cadence — twice weekly by default, with a daily option you can reserve for high-priority locations.

🗺️ A nationwide moratorium map

Our opposition tracker is now a county-level moratorium map covering the entire country. Scan the national picture and click into any county for the underlying record.
