⏲️ Timeline Estimates

In early May, we released a long-requested feature: Timeline Estimates.

When you specify the size and type of a project, Spark will use local zoning codes and past projects in the area to estimate each step of the process and how long they’ll take. We’ll also flag warnings, bottlenecks, and potential issues that you should know about.

You can view the output either as a table or a Gantt chart. No more manually dragging and coloring cells in Excel!

🏛️ State-Level Data

As any developer knows, counties and towns aren’t the only jurisdiction involved in development. To keep you as informed as possible, Spark now warns you when state-level jurisdictions apply:

State banners provide detailed breakdowns of when a state is responsible, who the authority is, and under what laws. Each state has been manually reviewed by a human expert, and as always, we provide sources for each piece of information.

🔔 Expanded Permit Matrices

Our customers sent us resounding feedback on our permit matrix reports, full matrices on any parcel that cover national, state, and local regulations and requirements.
